I need information on how to apply for HarvardKey Access

For those researchers and fellows who qualify, here are the details.

  • The form is now online from that page, and your PI will submit it on your behalf.  
  • https://huit.harvard.edu/harvard-key  (Getting Started with HarvardKey)
  • These two Harvard links will give you more information and help you get started with the process. 
  • For additional questions on Harvard access, we recommend you contact the Access and Reference folks at Harvard's Countway Library - 617-432-2136 or circinfo@hms.harvard.edu 
  • Note: Your BIDMC ID enables you to physically access the Countway Medical Library at 10 Shattuck Street on the Harvard Medical School Campus.  While onsite, you would have access to all of the Harvard resources. 
  • Also, BIDMC has resources available through Knowledge Services on the BIDMC intranet portal: https://portal.bidmc.org/en/Intranets/Clinical/Knowledge-Services
